The “ROGUE JAM” promotion will be sponsored by ROGUE Games, Inc. (“ROGUE GAMES”) and its partners. The promotion will be governed by official rules (“RULES”) that must be accepted and agreed to before participants can submit their games via the web submission portal. By participating in the promotion, participants will agree to abide by the rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understand that the results of the promotion as determined by ROGUE GAMES and its partners, are final in all respects. The promotion will be subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and will be void where prohibited by the law. The promotion will be open to users who are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date. ROGUE GAMES’ and its partners’ employees, contractors, and administrators will not be eligible to participate in the promotion.
